Membership Information

As a professional that is involved with either treasury management or related responsibilities for your company, you may be interested in an association that deals with treasury-related issues and ideas.  The Detroit Treasury Management Association (DTMA), with over 120 members, is an association that provides a forum for the exchange of concepts and techniques related to the endeavor of progressively improving corporate treasury management.

Your membership in the DTMA gives you an opportunity to meet monthly with fellow treasury professionals, and attend presentations on treasury management and related topics.

Annual membership fees are $60.00.  The association usually meets the second Thursday of each month (except July, August and December when no meetings are held).  The meeting commences at 5:00 p.m. and consists of refreshments hour, dinner and a featured speaker, concluding by 8:00 p.m.  Cost of the meeting is $35.00 for members and $50.00 for non-members.  Meeting sites are rotated throughout the metropolitan Detroit area with meeting notices mailed 2 weeks in advance of the meeting.

Membership Criteria

Practitioner:    $60 Annual Dues

• Responsible for treasury management functions, supply related goods and services or be involved with teaching or research related to treasury and financial management.
  
• Eligible to vote, hold office, chair committees and serve on committees.

Associate Member:    $60 Annual Dues

• Individual responsible for supplying treasury related goods and/or services in a financial sales or service capacity.
  
• Eligible to vote, chair committees and serve on committees.
